The University of Louisville Lions Eye Bank is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide recovery, education and information services on all aspects of the eye donation process.  Our hospital development department can provide you with education services and information for both medical professionals and the general public.  Please call the Hospital Development Department at (502)852-5457 for more information or complete and send a Needs Assessment Form listed below.
